Henrik Johansson will be your facilitator with support from the Inner Island team.

Lead FacilitatorHenrik Johansson is the founder of Inner Island and an expert facilitator of transformation. A Kaospilots graduate and lifelong explorer of consciousness, he has spent over three years in silent retreat, studying with renowned meditation and yoga teachers across India and Myanmar. With 25+ years of experience in facilitating group processes, Henrik helps individuals and organizations navigate change, envision the future, and unlock collective intelligence. His work bridges inner exploration with real-world impact, with clients ranging from Hyper Island to IKEA.

High-Income / Companies (Supporter Rate) – 950 €

1. Booking & Payment
Your spot is confirmed once full payment has been received. By booking, you agree to the conditions below.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing.
– Cancellations up to 30 days before the retreat start date: 50% refund
– Cancellations between 29–14 days: 20% refund
– Cancellations less than 14 days before: no refund
If the retreat is cancelled by the organiser, you will receive a full refund.
3. Transfers
Your booking is personal and cannot be transferred without prior written agreement.
4. VAT & Invoicing
All fees for retreats in Sweden include 25% Swedish VAT for private individuals and Swedish companies.For EU-registered businesses with a valid VAT number, reverse charge may apply and no Swedish VAT will be charged.

5.Health & Responsibility
You attend at your own risk. You are responsible for your own physical and mental well-being during the retreat. Inform us in advance of any relevant medical conditions or allergies.
6. Programme Changes
We reserve the right to make adjustments to the programme if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.
7. Code of Conduct
We expect all participants to behave respectfully toward others and the space. We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave if behaviour is disruptive or unsafe. No refund will be given in such cases.
8. Data & Privacy
We collect and store your data solely for the purpose of administering the retreat and communicating with you. We do not share your information with third parties.
9. Photography & Documentation
The retreat may be photographed or documented. If you do not wish to appear in any materials, let us know in advance.

The retreats are organised by House of Fantastic AB, registered in Sweden.

Wisdom Works Studios
The in-person sessions will be hosted at Wisdom Works Studios on Reimersholme, an island sanctuary just 10 minutes from the heart of Stockholm. Surrounded by water and green spaces, with light streaming through large windows, it’s an inspiring setting to pause, reflect, connect, and take meaningful steps toward the future.

Inner Island – City Edition is offered on a donation basis to keep the experience accessible regardless of financial situation.
The Base Cost (€150) covers essential expenses such as the venue and materials, but does not include compensation for the time and work invested in creating and facilitating the process. You can always choose the Base Cost and decide after the retreat if you would like to contribute further.
If you are able to contribute more, you are warmly invited to choose a higher contribution level. Higher contributions help make the retreat accessible for others and support the continuation of this work.
We use a sliding scale between €150 and €960 (+ VAT), allowing you to contribute an amount that feels right for your current situation.
