Welcome to Inner Islands daily morning meditations.
Build a mindfulness habit and get yourself ready for the day by joining our fifteen minutes morning sessions.
7:45–8:00 am CET Time. Monday – Friday, until 17th Feb.
The sessions are a combination of us guiding and playing recorded meditations from some of our favourite meditation teachers.
The sessions are free and open to everyone. You just need to sign up one time and then you can attend all the morning sittings.
