Henrik Johansson
Lead Facilitator
Henrik is the founder of Inner Island, co-creator at Emerging and founder of Fantastic Studios. He studied at Kaospilots, a world-renowned school for creative leadership and business.
Early in his life, Henrik started his first business and intentionally designed his lifestyle to allow for exploration, extensive study and retreat periods dedicated to exploring the world and the mind. Over the past 25 years, he has traveled extensively, particularly to India and Myanmar, where he has practiced various forms of mindfulness meditation. He has spent more than two years in silent retreats, training with some of the world’s leading meditation and yoga teachers.
Henrik has a deep interest in the global mental health revolution. His first psychedelic experience in his early twenties sparked a lifelong curiosity about the nature of the mind and consciousness.
Professionally, Henrik designs and facilitates processes for organizational and personal transformation, helping individuals and groups envision the future, navigate change, and develop strategies to turn visions into reality. Passionate about collective intelligence, he has facilitated group processes for over 20 years and more than 10,000 participants. He has been involved in innovation projects with organizations such as Hyper Island, Greenpeace, Adidas and IKEA.
Iituli Aalto
Co-Facilitator
Born in Finland and now based in Palawan, Philippines, IItuli is the Co-founder of an eco-village and international training center rooted in regenerative living and inner transformation. With over two decades of experience in studying diverse wisdom traditions, Iituli has spent the past ten years deeply immersed in the science of innerdance, facilitating trainings and immersive programs for a global community.
Before fully dedicating herself to this path, she held senior roles in the NGO sector and worked as a producer for large-scale international fund raising events. Her background in managing large scale projects, inclusive leadership and experiential learning informs her grounded yet expansive approach to transformation work.
Iitulis own journey took a profound turn in 2014 when she first attended Inner Island. The experience catalyzed a radical life shift, ultimately leading her to relocate to the Philippines and fully embrace a life of alignment, purpose, and service.
Since then, she has co-facilitated Inner Island on several occasions and now brings her deep expertise in innerdance to enrich and evolve the Inner Island methodology. Her presence weaves together the intuitive, the somatic, and the visionary, supporting participants to access deeper truth, clarity, and embodied direction.
